Refund Policy
Intellectual Property
The difference between our intellectual property (which is intangible) and other tangible goods, is that once our ideas have been read they have effectively been consumed. Once read, it is not possible to return that knowledge to us.
As a business that deals regularly with intellectual property, or ideas, we need to safeguard this to the best of our ability. In order to protect our intellectual property, we maintain copyright over ideas and all other intellectual property.
Any ideas or intellectual property gained from Dwarf Paradox cannot be used without our expressed permission. Once any ideas or intellectual property has been used, refunds are not available.
Services
All services performed by Dwarf Paradox and costs associated with these services are agreed upon in advance. Therefore, any physical or intellectual product resulting from such services will not be provided until full payment has been received.
Once payment has been received, and the physical or intellectual product has been provided, no refunds are possible.
What If You Change Your Mind?
Regrettably, Dwarf Paradox will not normally offer to refund or allow you to return products if you simply change your mind, or if you just don’t want them any more.
